Policymakers Struggle – Recession

Policymakers Struggle – Recession

Well, as our policymakers find it hard to deal with this problem called recession.  They’re finding it even harder to keep the U.S. out of it.  We seem to have some problems with the confusion over the housing market which is making everyone’s jobs a lot harder.  Will most of us – consumers keep going to those out of control malls and shop, or will we be forced to stop?  I think we’ll need to slow our spending and hang on for a ride.  Another question to ask yourself – will banks lend freely?  I think banks will start reducing their lending, to save move.  Some “experts” have begun to suggest that we’ve already hit rock bottom or is in sight.  Again, no one can make thier mind up!  Some researchers and Analyst’s think we will have to weather the storm and hang on for one wild ride.

Widgets

Question – “What’s a widget?”

A widget is a code that you can add to your blogs sidebar.  This makes it easy for you add or remove information from your blog.  Example, you want to add your alexa.com rating meter to your blog.  You would take the aleax.com code, install it into a text widget.  Then you just click a button to add the complete widget to the sidebar.  Once this widget is installed your site aleax.com rating will show up.  If you want to remove the widget you just pull it off and it’s gone.  To get right down to it, it’s just a code that you can add and remove information within it with no problems.  I hope I was to explain this the right way!

Digital Frames

Digital Frames

Here’s something I’ve recently read online, tech readers make sure you read this!

These digital photo frames pickup feeds from a website called FrameChannel.com.  This website is kind of like a YouTube, but for digital photo frames.  This is a startup company that is owned by Frame Media.  They have a service that lets all digital frame owners to signup to receive content.  They have more than 300 types of content, which includes content from the National Geographic Nature, Cartoons, and Bible related content.  All this content is delivered to they’re subscriber’s frames via wireless connections.

As far as I can remember a few other big name companies like Microsoft have tried doing this in the past.  As always do your research before you purchase any frames or services via the Internet
