NASCAR Dodge 500 Pole Sitter

What a qualifying day this was.  At The Darlington Raceway it turned out to be a recorded breaking day.  During the day – 41 of the 44 drivers broke the past qualifying record.  The winner of the pole was Greg Biffle who came in at 179.442 mph on Friday night.  The past record was 173.797 mph, which was held by Ward Burton, set in 1996.

The top 5 are Greg Biffle – Dale Earnhardt Jr. – Jimmie Johnson  – my guy Tony Stewart and Kurt Busch.  With the new surface, this is going to be a fast and wild race.  Don’t miss this race!
