Gov. David Paterson – La-Di-Da-Di

Gov. David Paterson – La-Di-Da-Di!

I was just reading this and thought, I need to tell my readers this one.  It appears that NY Gov. David Paterson granted a full and unconditional pardon to rapper Ricky Walters, A.K.A Slick Rick.  This pardon was granted to stop the 80’s rapper from being deported back to the UK.  I should say that he has done his time for the shooting of his cousin and another man.  The two men did live.  Paterson did say that Mr. Walters hasn’t been in trouble since his release, and he’s a volunteer within the community to help kids.  If he’s helping the kids, staying out of trouble, I say leave him alone.

Contaminated Pet Food Settlement

Contaminated Pet Food Settlement!

I was reading today that the companies that were sued because of the contaminated crappy pet food had agreed to pay $24 million to pet owners in the United States and Canada. They say this is an attempt to settle all pet owners damages. I don’t think it’s enough. I have an idea; all CEO’s of these companies should have to eat the crap that they made. Let them be sick to their stomachs for a week or two. I’m a pet owner of the same dog (Dottie) for over 10 years now. We got her when she was only 8 weeks old. My wife wasn’t feeling good when this entire “bad pet food” thing was going on. So, with that being said, let’s feed the makers their own crap and shout them down for good.

Google And Yahoo

Google And Yahoo!

Who saw this coming, “wink, wink” Google co-founder Larry Page not liking the idea of Microsoft taking over Yahoo.  I think everyone saw this coming.  Of course he’s only thinking this because he wants to have some form of advertising deal with Yahoo.  Which most analyst think will have some major antitrust problem.  If these two ever forum a partnership, they would be a force to deal with.

Ford Motor Cuts Production

Ford Motor Cuts Production!

Today Ford has decided to cut production of their trucks and sport utility vehicles. This is mostly related to the high gas prices. By Ford Motor cutting production, it will hurt their profit and jobs will be lost. Wait, I have a suggesting, what Ford and all other Auto Makers should really do is start mass-producing bikes. Crazy idea, I think not. Wait until you start paying $10 for a gallon of gas. Then you won’t think I’m crazy.
