Second-Guessing!

I was watching the news last night, and there was a cover story on about Gustav. And I was scratching my head, not because I had an itch but because people are second-guessing the evacuating of 2 million people. It was like they where hoping the levees where going to fail and destroy the city of New Orleans. Are these people out of their freaking minds? Just three years ago thousands of people lost their lives because they where not evacuated, or did they forget that. Just because your home wasn’t destroyed and the levees didn’t break gives you the right to second-guess leaving. I would like to ask whoever is second-guessing the evacuation, “Would you have rather had your home destroyed as well as the city?” Everyone should be thanking God that there was no heavy damage from Hurricane Gustav. And for most people they can return back to their lives in a few weeks. I will end on this, The men and women of New Orleans and FEMA did a great job in evacuating over 2 million people. This storm could have been a lot worst, well done.
