Sooner Or Later!

Game 5 of the World Series is still on hold. The weather is just to bad to play in. And now there’s reports that snow is going to be blowing in tomorrow. So the chances are there will be no game tomorrow. The baseball commissioner Bud Selig flew home for the day. He will be coming back to Philly tomorrow. Bud Selig stated that they would stay in Philly until Thanksgiving if they have to. He’s not going to let this game play out in Tampa Bay, the Rays home field. I also read that game 5 tickets are being sold on stubhub.com for around $600 to $3500. These tickets are still good when the game is set to be played. This is the first time a World Series game ever had a suspension. There have been rain-shortened games, but never a suspended one. So now it’s a guessing game when this game will be played out.

Helmet Cam!

I came across a site tonight that offers a cool looking helmet camera. When I was looking at this camera I was thinking about back in the days when I did stupid stuff as a kid. I like to tell my wife stories about the things my friends and I did when we were kids. Then I started to think, what if I had this helmet camera called the POV.1 Helmet Camera. And you can even get cool looking case for it called the POV.1 Helmet Camera Case. How many of you out there would have loved to have had a helmet camera to record the things you did when you were a kid? I would be willing to bet that about 90% of what I would’ve recorded would have been sent into the world’s funniest videos. And I probably would’ve won about half of the time. Like the one time when my friend and I were jumping on his father’s pool heater cover. I can remember that heater cover wrapping right around us, man that was a dumb thing to do now that I look back. Of course there was other times, like jumping 8 cinder blocks stacked on top of each other. And I remember the outcome of that one, flying over handlebars landing on my head. I think that one would have definitely won the $10,000 prize. Now it’s time for you to think about the times you would have recorded if you had had a helmet cam.

Wall Street Up!

The only thing I really have to say about what happen on Wall Street today is, wow. Well I had a few other things to say. Like did you know that the Dow Jones industrials ended with it’s second-largest point increase in the Dow’s history? The Dow Jones industrials almost exceeded 900 points today. And let’s not forget the Standard and Poor’s 500 index, which finished at almost 11%. I was just checking the Asian markets and their soaring right now. This is a great sign for the US markets come 9:30 tomorrow morning. Another thing we should hold for tomorrow is that the Fed cuts interest rates. If this rate is not cut the markets will drop fast. I truly believe that the rate will be cut tomorrow and will be looking at another 10% increase in the Dow Jones industrials. So let’s hope for the best tomorrow morning, because hope is all we have left.
