Federal Lawsuit!
Here’s a pretty interesting story flying all over the Internet today. It’s seems that a Massachusetts man has filed a federal lawsuit against the father of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for not paying him $600,000 in sales commissions and business expenses. The man is Richard Vasquez and the federal lawsuit is against Tom Brady Sr. Here’s what’s being reported, Vasquez is claiming that Tom Brady Sr. convinced him to not take his commissions in the amount of $415,000 in turn for a piece of the company, Thomas Brady & Associates Insurance Services Inc. My take on that is why in the world would you agree to that? I would have wanted my $600,000 first, and then we’ll talk about buying into the company. I’m not saying this deal never happened, because it very well could have. But come on, take the money first. Anyway, Vasquez claims he’s owed $180,000 in business expenses and the $415,000 in commissions. And he’s asking a federal court to award him almost $1.8 million. And I would like to add, I’m in the wrong business, I’m going to sell insurance.

The holiday shopping is just about in it’s full swing. The sales are already starting to pop up. I feel this year the stores that offer the best deals will do the most sales. Me personally I’m always looking for the deals. I won’t buy anything at full price, especially in the economy we’re in now. I don’t think I’m alone when saying that, there are a lot feeling the same way as me. So with that being said, there’s Craftsman C3 Tools on Sale right now. Just click the link and see for yourself. Ryan Leaf In The News!
Most of you that read my blog remember Ryan Leaf. If you don’t remember him he was drafted in 98 by the Chargers, they’re number 1 pick. He was supposedly the best-rated quarterback coming out of collage that year. And sadly he snapped and turned out to be the NFL’s biggest quarterback bust ever. He had this huge contract in the millions and just fell apart at the seems. I kind of fault bad for the guy, the pressure was just too much for him. If I remember correctly here the Chargers had to take him to court to get a lot of their money back from him. Anyway, he did get it together for a short while, but never made it to where he should have been in the NFL. And now he’s in the news again for getting in trouble. I didn’t know this but he worked for West Texas A&M as a quarterbacks coach. Now why would anyone hire him in this role is anyone’s guess. He was a great quarterback, but not a coach. Anyway, he’s being accessed of asking one of his players for painkillers. I have no idea if this is true or not, but the school did place him on leave indefinitely. To me that sends a statement that the school thinks he’s guilty, which I disagree with. The world should give him a fair chance to prove himself innocent.
