Happy Thanksgiving!

I first would like to wish all my visitors a Happy Thanksgiving. Now that you’re full of turkey and stuffing it’s time to go through those black Friday ads to plan you’re spending spree. That’s what we do here, as I’m sure most of you do the same. I know that the retailers are hoping you get out and spend. I heard on the news that some retailers make 40 percent of their yearly profit this coming month. I would be betting that those retailers are hopping you get out and spend, I would if I where in their shoes. So make sure you get out and do your part and spend what you can afford. Because if we remain scared to spend things will only get worst. Plus why not get out and pick up some of those great deals. I find that if you have a plan in place you will get to everywhere you want without any problems. Good luck out there tomorrow morning and keep a cool head.

Military Families!

When you’re out shopping tomorrow morning don’t forget to stop on over at Sears to make a donation to Sears Heroes at Home Wish Registry. This program that Sears is running is going to help our military families across America. This program will help our military families make necessary repairs, improvements or modifications to their homes. These military families are facing real hard times and truly need this help. And you can do your part just by simply making a donation in the amount of $1, $5 or $10 at any Sears store until December 25th. I read on their website that this program has already helped over 200 military families. And they think they will help over 250 by the end of 2008. And the only way this can happen is people like you and I. We need to help the men and women who put their lives on the line to keep America safe. So when you’re out and about tomorrow don’t turn your back on this program. Because when you turn your back on them, you’re also turning your back on America. So do the right thing and give what you can to make this program work.
