Renting In Costa Rica!

I was wondering if any of you out there in cyber world ever consider living in a really warm area. Not only a real warm area, but one of the best places to live. And that place would be Costa Rica, one of the best places in the world to retire too. Now I was reading that to purchase property there is could be very costly. And as some who has just retired it could make it hard to live there. What I also read is that people are renting property to get a feel of Costa Rica. If you’re someone looking to may consider on living there I found a site that list property’s for rent in Costa Rica. Just click on the link I’ve provided and it will take you right to those property’s. The site is laid out pretty well and very easy to use. You will see category’s for furnished apartments, houses and even office space. Just for kicks I was checking out furnished apartments and I was amazed by how low the prices where. Some even offered Wi-Fi and cable TV included. If I where to retire tomorrow I would be gone to Costa Rica in a heartbeat.

First Day On The Job

First Day On The Job!

President Barack Obama is hitting the group hard on his first full day as President of the United States of America. He has summoned all his top people and military people to the White House. This is a move to show he’s ready to start saving the economy and bringing the wars we’re in to a end. I think this is a great move on his part. I think his first 100 days we’re going to see a lot of changes. I’m looking forward to some new changes for the better. We need a quick turn around in our economy, and I think he’s going to do it. It’s going to cost a money to do it, but as long as this money reaches the people that could create jobs it’s ok with me. And I’m sure it would be ok with out of people. Lets hope for the best!

How much

How much!

The big party, inauguration for President-elect Obama is going to cost around $150 million, anyway that’s a report I read. The last inauguration that cost close to that amount was George W. Bush’s 2005 inauguration, which cost just over $42.3 million. So why in the world is Obama’s inauguration going to cost so much more? I read that a lot of the money being spent is on security measures. President Bush even declared an emergency in Washington, D.C. to free up $15 million that Congress set aside to help pay for Secret Service protection. I truly believe that this high cost is uncalled for. Times are so hard for Americans right now. This sends a bad message to all of us just trying to get by in our everyday lives. It seems like lately that the U.S. Government has a blank check for everything. If the U.S. Government was a business they would have been out of business a long time ago. We need real leaders in Congress to step in and say that this cost is uncalled for. They could do this inauguration a lot cheaper, at lease try to.

Head Of Apple Inc

Head Of Apple Inc!

I was just reading that Apple Inc. co-founder and Chief Executive Steve Jobs will be taking a medical leave of absence. People have been wondering for weeks now if Jobs was sick again. In the past he had cancer, which made employees and investors worry if he had cancer again. It sounds kind of weird that investors would be worried. But their worrying because Jobs is the driven force behind Apple Inc. If you remember back Steve Jobs had left Apple to enjoy his life. And when that happened Apple Inc. went straight down hill. The stock dropped to it’s lowest it ever was. Then the board of Apple Inc. got together and asked Jobs to come back. And in just a short amount time Jobs got Apple Inc. running at peck performance. The stock reach it’s highest level and they where once again making money. So you can see why this problem with Jobs is making everyone worry. Anyway, he’d going to be out until June if everything goes well. Hopefully everything will go great and he’ll be back to work in no time. I’m not a shareholder of Apple Inc. I just think what he does is amazing for the company he created.
