Feeling Busted!

If you didn’t read my last post about the deals going on at Sears make sure you at lease read this one. I live for sales like this, as well as my wife does too. I know I will try to get out to the mall and head on over to Sears his weekend. Google Is Hurting!

Google is no longer enjoying the high life anymore. I was just reading that the worlds largest search engine company is laying off my employees, about 200. These layoffs are coming out of the sales and marketing departments. Layoffs coming out of Google is almost unheard of. In the 10 years they’ve been in business I don’t think they have ever laid off anyone. Just a year ago employees could work when they wanted, free rides to work and around the complex. Google even had a free lunch program for every employee. I would say that it seems that those days are over. With the times being so hard for businesses of all kinds their all cutting back on marketing. And when businesses cut marketing it hurts other businesses like Google. I think Google will be feeling the hurt in months to come as well. I say this because Google depends on marketing dollars. Marking revenue makes up over 95 percent of Google’s revenue. They kind of got all their eggs in one basket. Once they grow to the size they are now they should have gotten into a lot more, instead of remaining the top search engine. They should have looked at all the bad things Yahoo did, and try not to make the same decisions. But guess what, Google is making all the same bad decisions, which will hurt them down the road. They need to find new business ideas and stop worrying about being number one. Me personally I can careless if Google is number one or not, after all their just a search engine. If they where to lose a ton of money within the year it would not surprise me at the lease.

Time For Heads To Roll!

With all the fat cats on Wall Street making a lot of bad choices, I mean criminal choices it’s time to lock them up. At lease it’s time to get them out of the companies they’ve been running. That’s what investors of Bank of America are trying to do. There’s a few investment firms and large single investors are calling for CEO Ken Lewis to be fired. Mostly because of the deal he made to buy up Merrill Lynch & Co. Plus he knew of the billions being paid out to Merrill Lynch top executives before the deal was final. He also failed to report the true losses of Merrill Lynch. He blames the Government for making BoA take over Merrill, but he could have said no, or told the truth to investors. I think he’s really clueless about how to run a company the right way. Anyone that lies to their investors need to be terminated at the lease. I think the SEC should step in and file criminal charges against him. I also feel that he’s not the only one, they all should go to jail for awhile. If I where a shareholder of BoA I would file a law suit against them as well. These fat cats on Wall Street need to be stopped. Their hurting our economy and the lives of investors. I hope Ken Lewis is voted out of Bank of America and sent to jail, he’s a loser like the rest of them.

Showing His True Color!

It seems that when President Barack Obama isn’t thinking he say’s what’s on his mind. As most of you know he said that “he bowed like a competitor in the Special Olympics.” Which was the dumbest thing someone could even be thinking, let alone the President of the United States. What in the world was he thinking, thinking he could beat another bowler in the Special Olympics. I would be willing to bet that most of the bowlers in the Special Olympics would beat the crap out of him. You know what, I’m feeling a little mad about what he said right now, so I just thought of this. Do you think he made this comment during his bowling game? I think he did and I bet him and his buddies where all laughing when he said it. If he was standing in front of me right know I would tell him that he’s a dumb ass for saying that. This just shows that he truly has no feelings for the American people, all American people. I hope groups out there never let this comment fall and be forgotten. Another thing that made me so mad was that the White House comes out with a stupid “I’m sorry” script. I’m sorry isn’t going to save you on this one Obama, you need to go live and state what you where thinking was wrong. This way you might have a chance at regaining some people’s support. Do the right thing, and put yourself in the shoes of parents that are living and raising people with special needs. I give nothing but respect to people that raise their children with special needs, 100 percent. And you should do the same thing Mr. President.
