Vick Is Back!

It didn’t take Michael Vick long to land a new job in the NFL. It took just a few short weeks to land his first job since being out of jail. In case you missed who picked him up, well, it was the Philadelphia Eagles. And just today he’s on the practice field for the first time. I read that the Eagles aren’t looking forward to Vick coming to their town. And some of the questions circling around Philadelphia is how does McNabb feel about it all? Me personally I think McNabb can careless. He knows he’s the starting QB. And Eagles head coach Andy Reid knows that McNabb is his starter. And Kevin Kolb is McNabb’s backup, so I’m not sure where Vick fits in among this group. Anyway, Vick is going to be paid $1.6 million his first year. And if the Eagles agree to keep him for year 2 he will be paid $5.2 million. So Vick really needs to play his best, stay out of trouble, and get involved with the community if he wants a chance in the NFL again.
