Back in 2008 Fredric J. Baur – 89, the designer of the Pringles potato crisp packaging system was buried in one of his cans.  Well, not all of him.  Part of his cremated remains went in the Pringles container and two urns.  One urn was buried with the Pringles can and the other was given to a grandson, said Baur’s daughter, Linda Baur.  I have only one thing to say on this.  Mr Fredric J.Baur’s can idea was one of those greatest inventions, and will probably live on forever.

I just found out that Johnny Depp was voted this years “Sexiest Man Alive.” That right, People’s magazine decided that Depp is the “Sexiest Man Alive.” He had won this so called award another time in 2003, making him a 2 time winner. The only other 2 time winners are Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Richard Gere. I personally can’t see the point why People magazine needs to do this. I would like to know who comes up with this kind of crap. You would think they could come up with something better than this. I also think People should dump this stupid thing. Mostly because People only consider people that are famous people, in the spot light. If they would give the choice to regular people to submit themselves then I’m all for it. Until they give everyone the chance this so called award means nothing. And on top of it, they select Depp, one of the weirdest people in Hollywood.

I was just reading an article online that was talking about a game tracking website that tracks the sales of games. And in this article it stated that Super Mario Bros. has been just knocked of its throne by Wii Sports. That’s right, the game Wii Sports is now the most sold game in the world. It seems that Super Mario Bros. has sold over 40 million plus copies to date. And the Wii Sports game as reached over 45 million copies. Are you wondering how Wii Sports went to the top so fast? Well they did it by including it with the purchase of the Wii hardware. So is it fair that it is considered number one now? I don’t know and who really cares at this point. The main reason I wanted to share this article with all of you is who has the time to do this type of tracking. And most importantly, what’s the point? Am I the only one who thinks this type of information is a great waste of time? Maybe I am, I don’t know. What do you all think?

One of golf’s biggest underdogs, John Daly is in trouble again. We’ll, maybe not that much trouble. John Daly is in Australia right now playing in a few tournaments, which he’s being paid an appearance fee. What had happened was a rude spectator reached out with his camera and snapped a shot right into his face. So Daly reached out for the camera and grabbed it out of his hands. Daly’s next move is so him, he smashed it against a tree. I guess we really can’t blame him for acting that way, I would have done the same thing. Plus, cameras aren’t even aloud on the course by spectators. That guy is lucky that Daly didn’t pop him in the face, which is what I would have done. Anyway, Daly hasn’t gotten in any trouble as of yet and it doesn’t look like he will.

In my effort to make this exciting and remain postive, I made a video of my Christmas wish list. And my wife is going to love this video, not only because I’m in, but because she won’t need to ask what I want for Christmas. Well, maybe she will because I do change my mind a lot.

It’s already happening, the media and bloggers around the world are already picking the Obama’s apart. After Obama gave his victory speech last night his wife and two daughters came out on stage. And I said the same thing everyone else was thinking and saying, man, look at that dress. Now Obama was in a dark navy suit, which was custom made by Hart Schaffner Marx, which is very traditional. Not so much for Michelle Obama’s dress. Me personally I really don’t care what she wears. If that’s her style, who cares leave it alone. But I know people around the world will google the Obama’s and that dress. The things people do just amaze me more and more everyday.

I came across a site tonight that offers a cool looking helmet camera. When I was looking at this camera I was thinking about back in the days when I did stupid stuff as a kid. I like to tell my wife stories about the things my friends and I did when we were kids. Then I started to think, what if I had this helmet camera called the POV.1 Helmet Camera. How many of you out there would have loved to have had a helmet camera to record the things you did when you were a kid? Like the one time when my friend and I were jumping on his father’s pool heater cover. I can remember that heater cover wrapping right around us, man that was a dumb thing to do now that I look back. Of course there was other times, like jumping 8 cinder blocks stacked on top of each other. And I remember the outcome of that one, flying over handlebars landing on my head. I think that one would have definitely won the $10,000 prize. Now it’s time for you to think about the times you would have recorded if you had had a helmet cam.

Did you all here about this?  It seems that Canseco got knocked out in his boxing debut.  The man that did it was former Philadelphia Eagle Vai Sikahema who is 45 years old.  He took Canseco out in only 97 seconds.  Canseco seemed to never have a chance against Vai Sikahema who was a Golden Gloves champ before playing football.  By size Canseco should have taken out Vai Sikahema.  Before his next fight he might want to take this sport seriously.  And not to run off at the mouth until he has a few wins under his belt.

Do you remember when just about every news media outlet was reporting on the lost tribe found? Well, not the case, lost that is. Apparently the authorities have known of this tribe since 1910. I was reading that the group that released the photo taken by José Carlos Meirelles was trying to call out logging industry. The logging industry is going to destroy this tribe if they continue to log in the area. Well, it worked the word is out.
