I came across a website today that offers an unique approach to offering SEO services. The first thing I noticed that their available 24/7 365 days a year with live chat. They claim that you will have a dedicated SEO Expert every minute of the day. I don’t know of anyone else that offers that type of service, well that I know of. Another thing is that they offer an all inclusive flat rate SEO/PPC management packages, which means no surprises down the road. They also claim your website will rank up within top search engines like Google, Yahoo and Msn. But then again who doesn’t make this claim. And when they say “rank up” does that mean one spot up or top 10 search results within top search engines, I’m not sure about that one. And the one last thing that makes these guys unique is that there are no contracts, and their rates seem reasonable. So if these guys sound like someone you can work with, do a Google search for “SEO Expert.” I would give the name but I don’t believe this can be done.

Over the last few weeks Facebook has been requesting that you review the new privacy terms. But now you no longer can move onto your page until you do complete the new update. With the new rules you get to do a little more tweaking your privacy. You can still remain closed to anyone outside your circle of friends, or open a few things to others. I think that’s pretty neat, but still would recommend to stay within your circle. There are just to many people out there looking to scam you. Opening up to others will open that door of trouble, it really will. Stay within your circle, make the right setting changes. By staying within your circle of friends will help keep the creeps away. If everyone remained as private as they can will help keep the creeps off Facebook, so think about that as well, remain private.

It’s time to close the wallet and put your money under your mattress.  I’m not kidding; times seem to be getting worst.  During today’s trading, stocks are down again, as of right now.  Some are saying that the Dow will hit 9,000 again.  Yesterdays trading ended badly as well.  The price of oil today has been level per barrel, mostly because the U.S Govt. stated there has been a drop in demand. Let’s not forget that more and more people are losing their jobs during these troubling times.  My advise, stock up and food and have some cash on hand, and stop depending on the U.S Govt.

Here’s a no brainier, or is it! eBay.com is the world’s largest online auction marketplace. You would think they would be the number one choice for everyone. Then why do you think that uBid.com has over 5 million customers and sold over $1 billion dollars in merchandise since 1997. They currently attract over 2.0 million unique visitors a month to its website uBid.com. They also wholy own Bidville.com to handle their entire consumer to consumer marketplace. I don’t have eBay’s numbers, but I’m sure it would top uBid’s. I will say that uBid.com must be doing something right to be growing at the rate they are. I believe that uBid.com/Bidville.com is growing at the rate they are because their rates seem to be lower than what eBay’s are. Although eBay’s rates are higher, you really do get what you’re paying for. So you choose!

One is you should always ”Do your homework”.  The next thing you should do is “Never assume that the sticker price is the purchase price.   Now, always try to ”Negotiate one thing at one time”.  You should then maybe concider on leaving the dealership and “Arrange financing on your own, or in advance”.  Last, ”Don’t ever pay for extras you don’t need”.  I hope this information finds you and you do your research before you make a big purchase.

Have you ever had your home business broken into? I can say I have never had it happen to me, but I think about it all the time. There was one time that I did think someone was breaking in though, and it scared us. I went and grabbed a golf club and searched every room. As I was going through every room in the house I was worried what I was going to come across, or worst, do if I did see someone. Anyway, once the upper level of our home was cleared I moved to the lower area. The lower area is much more open with just a few rooms, which made it easy for searching.
