Well spring is here, and so is allergy season for millions of Americans across our great land.
For the most part, airborne pollens cause seasonal allergies, which is a very fine powder released by trees and other flowers and plants alike.  This powder is released when the plants and trees pollinate and fertilize other plants of the same kind.  The molds inside our homes and the outdoor air can also cause seasonal allergies.
 
Here are a few steps that help anyone prevent or relieve symptoms.

Use over-the-counter antihistamines for relief.  Most people will receive effective relief this way.
Keep your home’s doors and windows closed.  For the most part this will keep out pollens and molds from entering.

Limit outdoor activity, particularly in the morning.  When pollen counts are at their highest – about 5 a.m. to 10 a.m.

When traveling in your car, keep the windows up.  This will help by keeping the pollens and molds from entering.

Take a shower and change clothes.  Pollen will collect on your clothes and body.  By washing your clothes and taking a show, this will reduce the amount of pollen in the home.

As always you should follow what your doctor recommends.

I’m writing this post to help raise awareness against internet pornography. This major tool we call the internet at times offers unlimited access to pornography. Which our children could easily gain access to. Unfortunately this problem isn’t going away. We can only try to reduce the access by teaching our children about internet safety. What I think and feel on this subject is very simple. I think every site owner out there should be checking his or her visitors. You would be surprise on how much junk is coming to your site. A lot of your traffic when first starting out will be “bot”. This bot collect data about your site. Once the data is collected it’s indexed into the related site, i.e. google.com. Now, there are bots you don’t want. These bots are called “harvesters”. They collect and steal data from your site, i.e. email address. I could go on and on about this.

I have been asked in the past on advice on owning my own business.  My answer starts the same as always – do your research on what you’re getting into.  You might want to consider a hobby of yours.  Some of the best businesses out there started out as a hobby.  You might also want to consider coming up with a business plan – this could be important.  I could go on and on here, but the most important thing is – Money!  If you’re planning on getting loans, you should borrow as little as possible.  Last, have at lease 6 months of funds to cover all your personal and business bills.  Again, do your research – Best Practice…..

I first should state that I’m one of the cheapest Men alive today!  With that being said, how much is that coffee and donut worth.  Lets say your total price is around $4.00 for the coffee and $2.00 for the donut – WOW.  Now I would say that’s a lot for a coffee and donut, or is it!  What if I told you that the $6.00 you just spend gave you 1 hour of really good peace and quit time.  The people around you are reading and just being relaxed.  The atmosphere around you just makes you feel you’re in the right place.  Now lets go forward 1 hour.  It’s time to get back to work, you’re around a bunch of loud and negative people.  Your blood pressure goes up and you start to feel out of control.  Then you start to thing about that coffee and donut and how much you would love to go back and spend another $6.00 for that 1 hour all over again.  I would say that $6.00’s would be worth it everyday!  How do you feel about the price now?

Yes – you can contribute to both a 401k and an IRA.  You should take a minute to decide on the next best steps for you.  Investing in both will give you a safe investment and at times a risky one.  Although you can contribute to both, you should always do your research and make the best choice.

As most of you know, just a few short years ago my little one was born. One of the biggest things my wife and I had talked about was, should she be breast feed or should we use baby formula? The choice for my wife and I was an easy one, breast feeding was the best way to go. Not only is breast feeding the best for the baby, the money savings are huge. We know how much baby formula cost, it’s not cheap at all. For me I could never really figure out why the brand name formulas cost so much more. The U.S government, FDA regulates what goes into baby formula. So basically what I’m saying here is, there’s no difference between brand name formula and store brand formula, it’s the same stuff. So why can one charge more than the other, don’t get it.
