When I get home from work I like to be able to relax and watch TV. I am always looking for something new and interesting to watch on TV and I think I may have found something I would really enjoy seeing more of.

Tonight I was checking out the first episode of Untitled Jersey City Project on YouTube. From the moment the video started until the end I was glued to the screen watching. The video is only 2 minutes long and sure left me with a lot of questions. The storyline seems like it’s going to be very interesting and hard to turn away from. This is definitely the kind of show I would get into and it certainly looks like it will be addictive!

I did sneak a peek at a few of the other episodes too and I know you’re going to want to check them out too. Here is the first episode of Untitled Jersey City Project:

I know once you watch it you’ll want to check out a few other videos too. Let me know what you think about the video. Does it look like something you’re interested in seeing more of? I’m going to keep watching to find out more about the characters in the show. I can’t wait to see more!

As most of you know, just a few short years ago my little one was born. One of the biggest things my wife and I had talked about was, should she be breast feed or should we use baby formula? The choice for my wife and I was an easy one, breast feeding was the best way to go. Not only is breast feeding the best for the baby, the money savings are huge. We know how much baby formula cost, it’s not cheap at all. For me I could never really figure out why the brand name formulas cost so much more. The U.S government, FDA regulates what goes into baby formula. So basically what I’m saying here is, there’s no difference between brand name formula and store brand formula, it’s the same stuff. So why can one charge more than the other, don’t get it.

With the economy in one of the worst shapes it’s ever been in since the great depression, people are scared and have no clear idea what to do with their money. The U.S markets as well as the world markets are showing signs that things are still improving slowly. But you know what, the bottom could fall out in one day, that’s how bad things still are. Me personally I review the U.S markets every hour on the hour, I drive my wife crazy reporting to her. I do this because it’s not about long term investing for me lately, it’s short term. I only care what our investments ending at for the day. I think this way because we took a really hard hit last year, and that’s not going to happen this year. Once I see a sign of bad news or a report that comes that’s not going to be good I get ready to sell. I wouldn’t recommend this to any one, because it takes a lot of watching and reading, but we need to get our money back, which we are.

If you are in business or thinking of going into business for yourself then read on. The hardest part of running or starting a business is securing funds. Most businesses fail within their first year, not because of poor customer service, or your products and service. It is because of the o-mighty dollar. Most businesses that start out today require a lot of money. And if you don’t have the funds to pay for your basic requirements for at least a year out your chances of failing are significantly higher. Basic needs would include things such as paying yourself, your employees, and paying for operating expenses. Now you are probably asking, how do I get the funding if I have been turned down by a few banks? I say, you’re not alone in getting turned down by banks, and don’t take it personally. Banks have tightened their belts on handing out business loans. They mostly have been handing out loans that are considered very low risk. So now it’s time to look elsewhere. Check out loan and funding companies. Their interest rates will be higher, but the chances are you’ll get your money. Some will require a few minimal requirements. You really need to look for the money. If you look hard, you’ll find it, it’s out there. Good luck in your searches, and make sure you read all small print before you take out the loan.

I came across a website today that offers an unique approach to offering SEO services. The first thing I noticed that their available 24/7 365 days a year with live chat. They claim that you will have a dedicated SEO Expert every minute of the day. I don’t know of anyone else that offers that type of service, well that I know of. Another thing is that they offer an all inclusive flat rate SEO/PPC management packages, which means no surprises down the road. They also claim your website will rank up within top search engines like Google, Yahoo and Msn. But then again who doesn’t make this claim. And when they say “rank up” does that mean one spot up or top 10 search results within top search engines, I’m not sure about that one. And the one last thing that makes these guys unique is that there are no contracts, and their rates seem reasonable. So if these guys sound like someone you can work with, do a Google search for “SEO Expert.” I would give the name but I don’t believe this can be done.

Are you one of the one million plus people who have lost your job this year? And are you still unemployed, but hunting for employment? If so you’re not alone, there’s over a half a million people doing the same thing. And some professions have been hit harder than others have. For example the legal professions have been hit pretty hard with the collapse of Wall Street and big corporations. And if you’re an attorney looking for employment it could be harder to stick out. And with all these websites out they’re offering job search’s you just don’t know who to use or where you’re going to get the best results. I did come across a site that offers job searches and matches that could work for any profession, even legal jobs. Just do a simple job search via Google and you will see a ton of sites to go to. You just might have what you’re looking for to get ahead and get that new job you’ve been seeking. So click your way on over now.

With the economy in the toilet, as well as the job market finding a great job is just about impossible. I read the other day that we’re coming out of the recession, but that doesn’t mean much for the job market. Just like any other recession the job market takes a little longer to recover. And right now only the lucky few are getting the high paying jobs. Or are they taking that extra step to beat you out? You too should be taking that extra step to get ahead. I have an idea you just might want to check out, CareerBuilder. By visiting their site you will see right away how they will help you get your name out there with hiring managers. They also offer expert advice. It’s time to get your life back on the right track, visit their site and check them out. So if you’re serious about finding a new job you need to make the first step, let them help you finish.

I just read an article online that states that the Blu-ray Disc Association recently started to license their technology to Chinese manufactures. You all know what that means, Blu-Ray players for under $100 bucks. I hate to say it, but that’s when I’ll get one. If we could build these players and sell them at a much more affordable price I would have gotten one a long time ago. Right now these Blu-Ray players are selling for more than $200, which is way to high in my opinion. And the disc’s cost about twice as much as the standard DVD, why? I once heard that making a Blu-Ray disc was cheaper than making a standard DVD. The same happened when we went from a VHS tapes to a DVD, it was cheaper to make the DVD. At the time they where selling the DVD for twice the amount of the VHS tape. If these makers would stop being so greedy we wouldn’t need Chinese manufactures to get the pricing under control, and people would by more things made in the USA. I really feel that if the maker of anything would charge reasonable prices for their products we would be much better off than what we are now. The greed needs to stop!

With the economy in the shape that it’s in, it seems people are turning more and more to payday loans. And there seems to be no short of payday businesses or sites. I’ve never used the service of a payday provider, so I won’t even begin to tell you where to go. What I would tell you though is try to find one that offers low rates, which could be a hard thing to do. Also make sure you can fill out a secure online application. When faxing information you really have no clue whose getting the fax, so don’t do the faxing ones. And a unsecured application means anyone could see your information. So do the smart thing, if you need a payday loan make sure you research the company your applying to. And if something doesn’t look right, don’t apply.

Top Web Hosting!

For most of you I’m sure you’ve had problem with your hosting provider, I know I have. When the time was right I made the move, to another provider, left the other one behind. And if you’re seriously looking for a new web site hosting provider as well you need to do a simple search via your choice of search engine. I would recommend doing a search for “website hosting.” Once you find someone you like check to see what other’s are saying about them. They may have a good rating in some areas, and a bad rating in others. There are people out there that love to rate everything they buy and use, so you will find something. I base all my purchases based on customer service, then price. Something may look good and cheap, but could cost you more down the road. Another thing you can do is find a site that based their findings on customer satisfaction, affordability, reliability, uptime and technical support. Anyway, you should have no problem finding a new provider, hey, some will even more your site over for free.
